Here is a helpful guide detailing all the we look for here at SSR for aspiring members. If you think you have what it takes well, keep reading.
We look for all aspiring to be:
-Recommended by a clan member
.
The easiest way to gain access to the clan is through a vote by a current member. If they believe you have what it takes then your already one step closer.
-Accepted by both clan leaders and members alike .
Even if you get through the door you must still show you can get along with everyone. We evaluate and if you fit well in to the fold. Your one step closer.
-Respect thy self and others.(can't stress this enough) .
The easiest way to be removed from the clan is to be disrespectful or a cause of problem and unnecessary drama. Be respectful to all members and your one step closer.
-Honor the clan and members .
We know you have friends and this clan aims to respect that and never come between that. However we do ask that you let us know your level of involvement. In the event of a "Clan vs. Clan" will you be a dependable agent.
-Willingness to learn .
We respect the abilities and strength and skill any and all members bring to the table, but the greatest of agents is able to learn from his or her clan mates. There is much we can teach you, and there is much yet, we have to learn.
-Able to work with a team .
Whenever there are modes played that require team work and strategy, we need to know that every member will contribute in what ever way they can to the greater good and success of the team.
We start our age limit at 16 however if you are accepted by the clan, leaders and members alike, you can gain access at any age so I encourage all to apply.
The majority of our members utilize mic's headsets and other forms of communication. It's not a requirement but it is preferable by far.
